Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park is a small park covering an area of 66 square kilometers located in the southern province near Livingstone Town.It is home to the magnificent Victoria Falls in Zambia.
The most frequently see mammals are the baboon and vervet monkeys. About 10 square kilometers of the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park (Victoria Falls) are fenced and set aside as a national park. Wildlife found here are the giraffe, white rhino, elephant, buffalo, impala, puku, and warthog. There is also a varied birdlife including the famed taita falcon, a rare bird which nests in the gorges. Others are the shrike and sunbird.
